The Gourmet Scotch Egg Co is a true Yorkshire family run business, we attend many Food Festivals and Farmers Markets around the Yorkshire region spreading the good word of these delicious handmade free range runny yolk Gourmet Scotch Eggs.
Scotch eggs are fully cooked and come ready to eat, however you can reheat them if you wish. We suggest popping them in the oven for about 15 mins at about 160'c depending on your oven. Scotch eggs are best kept in your fridge and we dont really reccommend freezing them, however you can keep them in your fridge for 5 days.
